Cancellation Policy

3 DAY RIGHT OF RECISSION: Buyer may cancel contract by notifying OUTBACK ROOFING at any time prior to midnight of the 3rd business day after the date of this transaction. Buyer may provide notice by writing “I HEREBY CANCEL” at the bottom of the contract and adding Buyer’s name & address. The notice must be mailed to OUTBACK ROOFING at: 17618 Davenport Rd Ste 2, Dallas, TX 75252 or FAX to 469-737—6822. After the 3rd day, there will be a 15% cancellation fee.
